Der Fall Hussam Fadl   – Radio Feature

Hussam Fadl, ein Geflüchteter aus dem Irak, lebt mit seiner Frau und
drei Kindern in einer Geflüchteten-Unterkunft in Berlin-Moabit. Am
27.9.2016 kommt er bei einem Polizeieinsatz in Berlin ums Leben.
Die Polizei wird später von einem Messer in der Hand des Erschossenen
sprechen, um ihre Handlung als Notwehr zu rechtfertigen. Doch bisher ist gar nicht nachgewiesen, ob Hussam Fadl während des Tathergangs
tatsächlich ein Messer bei sich trug.
Seine Witwe Zaman Gate und ihr Rechtsanwalt Ulrich von Klinggräff
kämpfen um die gerechte Aufklärung der Wirklichkeit. Eine vielstimmige
Geschichte mit ungewissem Ausgang.

We Are Born Free! Empowerment Radio #3 Carnival Al Ladjin! (2016 – 03 – 06)

#Wearebornfree! Empowerment Radio (We!R) is a radio of, for and by Refugees, Friends and Enimies to empower each other. It serves as a platform for refugees and other marginalized Humans like women, children, LGBTIQ, Black people and People of Color and others. We!R will also be a network to reach those we cannot reach through street protests politically, socially, culturally and economically.

We are happy to introduce you to our first broadcast of #Wearebornfree! Empowerment Radio (We!R) This is a radio programm organized by Refugees & Friends:

The current situation of refugees in Germany and Europe requires us to rethink political strategies. The current wave of welcoming culture is very important in order to show alternatives to the racist hatred that is getting stronger each day. At the same time this wave comes exactly at the time when our refugee movement has become very weak to almost not-existing. The so-called civil society chooses to be in the helping position instead of supporting self organized refugee resistance. This is a step back, it puts us back to being the helped, supposedly passive, object while the helpers are becoming a new lobby.

Hej folks,

today at 17 h there will be a special broadcasting on Radio Študent from Ljubljana, Slovenia, dedicated to  Mos Maiorum. One journalist asked to find someone from the movement who would like to take part, give some comments and statements on telephone, it will be directly broadcasted today from 17 h.

Radio Študent is the strongest oppositon & critical media in Slovenia since the 80’s, very popular and with a significant influence on a broad public (also in former Yugoslavia, Italy, Austria etc.) http://radiostudent.si/
