Als Afrique-Europe-Interact möchten wir nochmal ausdrücklich um Unterstützung einer Busdemo bitten, die am 11. November vor mehreren afrikanischen Botschaften und der GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) stattfinden wird. Hintergrund ist der immer brutaler werdende Valetta-Prozess, mit dem die EU nicht nur die Flucht- und Migrationsrouten aus afrikanischen Ländern dicht machen, sondern auch Abschiebungen aus Europa massiv forcieren will. Entsprechend wurde beim jüngsten Treffen der EU-Staats- und Regierungschefs am 21.10.2016 beschlossen, so genannte Mobilitätspartnerschaften unter anderem mit den afrikanischen Ländern Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Mali und Äthiopien schnellstmöglich umzusetzen. Dabei solle laut EU-Kommission mit einem »Mix aus positiven und negativen Anreizen« vorgegangen werden, um »die Anstrengungen der Länder zu honorieren, die bereit sind, bei der Migrationskontrolle wirksam mit der EU zusammenzuarbeiten, und um Konsequenzen für jene sicherzustellen, die dies verweigern.«
Gegen diese Politik müssen wir auf die Straße gehen – sofort, laut und mit vielen! Denn Fakt ist, dass diese Maßnahmen die Geflüchteten und Migrant_innen nicht stoppen, aber ihre Situation extrem verschärfen werden: Noch mehr Menschen werden auf den immer gefährlicher werdenden Fluchtrouten ums Leben kommen, auch die Gewalt wird zunehmen, nicht zuletzt gegen Frauen und Mädchen. Zudem werden die Kosten für die Schlepper steigen, was die soziale Krise in den Herkunftsländern einmal mehr zuspitzen wird. Nicht weniger dramatisch ist der Abschiebeterror in Europa. Er verletzt nicht nur die Rechte der Geflüchteten und Migrant_innen, auch ihre Familien und Freund_innen sind in sozialer und ökonomischer Hinsicht äußerst negativ betroffen.
Vor diesem Hintergrund wird Afrique-Europe-Interact – zusammen mit anderen Gruppen – am 11. November (d.h. zum Jahrestag des Valetta-Gipfels) in Berlin einerseits vor den Botschaften von Niger, Mali und Marokko demonstrieren, andererseits vor der GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). Vor den afrikanischen Botschaften möchten wir demonstrieren, weil die Regierungen in Afrika die einzigen sind, die die EU noch stoppen können. Dies setzt jedoch voraus, dass sie sich nicht erpressen oder gar kaufen lassen, was leider noch viel zu häufig passiert. Vor der GIZ protestieren wir, weil sie nicht nur staatliche Entwicklungsprojekte durchführt, sondern auch für den Ausbau des Grenzregimes u.a. in Sudan und Eritrea zuständig ist. Hinzu kommt, dass die staatliche Entwicklungszusammenarbeit immer stärker an die Bedingung geknüpft wird, die EU-Migrationspolitik aktiv zu unterstützten. In diesem Sinne fordern wir die GIZ auf, auch hierzu laut und klar “NEIN” zu sagen.
Wir haben für den 11. November einen Doppeldeckerbus mit 70 Plätzen gemietet. Jed_r ist willkommen – die Teilnahme ist umsonst (wobei Spenden durchaus willkommen sind). Treffpunkt ist 9.30 Uhr am Oranienplatz in Kreuzberg, von dort werden wir dann zu den einzelnen Botschaften und zur GIZ fahren. Das Ganze dauert bis ca. 16 Uhr, aber natürlich müssen nicht alle die gesamte Strecke mitmachen:

Als Vorbereitung auf die Kundgebungen lädt Afrique-Europe-Interact zudem zu zwei Infoverstaltungen ein, die sich vor allem an Migrant_innen aus Mali richtet: Am 31.10.2016 um 16 Uhr in Halle (Ludwigstr. 37) und am 01.11. um 17 Uhr in Magdeburg (Schellingstr. 3 // Eine Welt-Haus).

Afrique-Europe Interact vous invite à soutenir une „manif en bus“ qui aura lieu le 11 Novembre devant plusieures ambassades africaines et devant la „Société de Coopération Internationale“ (GIZ). La raison est le soi-disant „procès de la Valette, qui est en train de se brutaliser de plus en plus – pas seulement pour fermer les trajets des réfugié(e)s et migrant(e)s qui viennent des pays africains, mais aussi pour massivement renforcer les expulsions de l’Europe. Dans ce contexte, les chefs d’état européen(e)s ont décidé à leur dernière rencontre le 21 Octobre 2016 de mettre en vigeur les soi-disants „partenariats de mobilité“, entre autres avec les états africains du Niger, du Nigéria, du Sénégal, du Mali et de l’Éthiopie, le plus vite que possible. Selon la Commission de l’UE, il faut appliquer une „mixture de stimulants positifs et négatifs“ pour „honorer les efforts des pays qui sont prêts à coopérer d’une facon efficace pour le contrôle migratoire avec l’UE, et pour rassurer des conséquences pour ceux qui le refusent.“
Nous devons nous mobiliser dans la rue contre cette politique – immédiatement et à nombreuses et nombreux! Comme c’est sur et certain que ces mesures ne vont pas stopper les migrant(e)s, mais vont extrèmement aggraver leur situation: Encore plus de gens vont mourir sur les trajets qui deviennent de plus en plus dangereux, aussi la violence va s’augmenter, surtout contre les femmes et les filles. En plus, les dépenses pour les passeurs vont s’augmenter, ce qui va encore plus aggraver la crise sociale dans les pays d’origine. La terreur d’expulsion en Europe est aussi dramatique. Elle ne viole pas seuelement les droits des réfugié(e)s et des migrant(e)s, aussi leurs familles et leurs ami(e)s seront affecté(e)s socialement et économiquement d’une facon très négative.
Pour cette raison, Afrique-Europe-Interact – ensemble avec d’autres groupes – va manifester le 11 Novembre (ca veut dire à l’anniversaire du sommet de la Valette) à Berlin. On va manifester tant devant les ambassades du Niger, du Mali et du Maroc que devant la Société de Coopération Internationale (GIZ) allemande. Nous voulons manifester devant les ambassades africaines, parce que les gouvernements africains sont en ce moment les seules acteurs qui sont encore capable de stopper les plans de l’UE. Mais pour ca, il faut qu’ils ne se laissent pas rançonner ou même corrompre, ce qui, malheureusement, arrive encore souvent. Devant le GIZ nous protestons parce qu’il ne fait pas seulement des projets du développement étatiques, mais est aussi responsable pour le renforcement du régime frontalier, entre autres au Soudan et en Éritrée. Un autre aspect est que la soi-disante „aide au développement“ est de plus en plus connecté avec des conditions de soutenir activement la politique migratoire de l’UE. Dans ce sens, nous exigeons du GIZ de dire haut et fort „NON“ à cela.
Pour le 11 Novembre, nous avons loué un bus de 70 places. Chacun(e) sera bienvenue, la participation est gratuite (pendant que des dons sont toujours bienvenus). Le lieu de rencontre est à 9 heures 30 à Oranienplatz, Berlin Kreuzberg. De là, on va se rendre aux ambassades, l’une après l’autre, et à la GIZ. Toute l’action va durer jusqu’à à peu près 16 heures, mais pas tout le monde est obligé à suivre le trajet entier:
Nous vous invitons à joindre la manif en bus et à réserver déjà vos places dans le bus pour mieux planifier. Si beaucoup d’entre vous sont intéressé(e)s, il y a la possibilité d’organiser plus de places dans des voitures.
En plus, Afrique-Europe Interact invité à deux soirées d’information qui sont surtout pour des migrant(e)s malien(ne)s: Le 31 Octobre 2016 à Halle (Ludwigstr. 37) et le 1ier Novembre à 17 heures à Magdeburg (Schellingstr. 3 // Eine Welt-Haus).

As Afrique-Europe-Interact we want once more explicitly ask you for the support of a bus demonstration, which will take place on the 11th of November in front of several African embassies and the GIZ. The background is the Valetta process, which is becoming more and more violent and with which the EU does not only want to close the flight and migration routes in African countries, but also massively push deportations from Europe. Corresponding to this it was decided at the latest meeting of the EU Heads of state and governments on the 21th of October 2016, to implement the so-called migration partnerships with among others the African states Niger, Nigeria. Senegal, Mali and Ethiopia as quickly as possible. According to the EU-Comission one should do this with a “mixture of positive and negative stimulations”, in order to “reward the efforts of those countries, which are willing, to effectively work together with the EU, and in order to make sure that there are consequences for those, who refuse this”.
We have to go on the streets against such politics – immediately, loud and with many! Because it is a fact, that these measures do not stop the refugees and migrants, but extremely aggravate their situation. More people will die on the refugee routes, which are becoming more and more dangerous; the violence will also increase, not least against women and girls; in addition the costs for the traffickers will increase, which will once more exacerbate the situation in the countries of origin. Not less dramatic is the deportation terror in Europe. It does not only violate the rights of refugees and migrants, also their families and friends are extremely negatively affected in social and economic regards.
It is against this background, that on the 11th of November (that means on the anniversary of the Valetta summit) Afrique-Europe-Interact – together with other groups – will as well demonstrate in front of the embassies of Niger, Mali and Morocco as in front of the GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation). We want to demonstrate in front of the African embassies, because the governments in Africa are the only ones who can still stop the EU. But only if they do not let themselves be blackmailed or even bought, which unfortunately still happens much too often. In front of the GIZ we will demonstrate because the GIZ does not only operate state development projects, but is also responsible for the expansion of the border regime for example in Sudan and Eritrea. In addition the state development aid is increasingly attached to the condition to actively support the EU migration politics. In this sense we ask the GIZ, to say loud and clearly “NO” also in this country.
For the 11th of november we have rented a double-decker bus with 70 seats. All are welcome – the participation is for free (donations are completely welcome however). Meeting point is 9.30 a.m. at Oranienplatz in Kreuzberg. From there we will drive to the different embassies and the GIZ. The event will last until about 4 p.m., but of course not all have to participate in the whole tour
