Stop racist police control – Control Police! Final manifestation – rally
of the Break Isolation Refugee Summer Camp

Short chronicle of repression
24.8. A police helicopter orbits the camp with pictures taken from the opened side door.
28.8. The Federal police collected the documents of two activist in the Train between Muhlhausen-Erfurt. At their exit from the Train, the were further held by the Police with their datas investigated and noted with threats of consequences in case they had violated the residentia obligation.
29.8. Officials of the department of public order in Erfurt and civil police officer invaded the camp premises and tried to force an extensive
inspection of the Camp premises. Explicit warning for the Autonomy of premises was ignored.
30.8. An activist from Niedersachsen was apprehended by federal police officers at the mainstation. His document was controled with a notification of his unauthorized presence in Erfurt. 31.8. An activist from Thueringen was controlled directly in front of the Camp by police . Since the officers couldnt prove any violation from him, he was then threatened „We will be here until the end of the camp – if you are found here after tomorrow, you will be arrested!. “ The same police patrol probably invaded the entrance to the camp in attempt to intimidate the solidarity nightwatch. By evenig, some activists of the CARAVAN embarked on controlling the police at the central Train station. After the police retreat from the Station, a local nazi started with a racist insult on one of the activist with hassling and a demonstration of the Hitlers Salute.
For weeks the Cops have been patrolling around the Camp on a day and night basis with a Police van in the last days.The Erfurt mainstation alwys seem like no-go-area for people who don’t fit into the racist model of white and blond – at the point, the federal police are working hand in hand with agressive nazis.
Threats on refugee activists at the isolation camp Breitenworbis
At the same time, the threats towards active refugees in the Breitenworbis isolation camp is increasingly intensified. After friends made harsh critics on the Camp accomodation and the terror of the Heiligenstadt foreign office to the MDR-journalist last week, individuals Refugees have been directly threatened with deportation while two others had been summoned to the office. As more anouncements from the press and a delegation from the Break Isolation Camp went out this week., the lager officials forced the Refugees into maintainance and cleaning. Any Refugee who refused was threatened with deportation. At the visit of the social welfare officer to the lager on thursday, the Police was all the time
present.
Reclaim Erfurt
Not only through the obviously nervous reactions of the repressive Authourity on the camp and the increasing organisation of Thueringen refugees in the transregional CARAVAN-Network, shows how real and important this camp is. Above all the living withnesses and the strenghntened networking from the different cities and regions , as well as the connection with solidarity persons and Group from thueringen – especially Erfurt – who hat essentially promoted the camp. The brutal removal of the Topf-Squat remains unforgotten but it was the climax of the ongoing usual practice of control, suppression and violence against people who are either denied to live a life of the dominating model of competition and assimilation or don’t fit in the image of a major racist society because of their look or
heritage.
The succesfull action during the detention and deportation threat of Habibi on 8th July was already a strong signal of solidarity and determination against state violence and racial motivated controls.
Those who in the name of state control functions in pretence for democracy and civilisation expends lots of energy and tax money with a friendly smile in pulling people down to the dust.
Its enough! Our vision of a just and free society, our solidarity and practice of true, not-corruptible relations reveals the racist visage in
disguise.
They will not break our solidarity of resistance against the state organized unequal treatment of people – We will use appropriate actions to
expose this practices of obstracting political opinios of Migrants and Refugees and control those who believe they can control us without having
any resistance!

Abschlusskundgebung des Break Isolation Refugee Camp für solidarisches
Handeln gegen rassistische Ausgrenzung und staatliche Repression

Seit dem 23.09. 2012 findet das Break Isolation Refugee Sommer Camp in Erfurt statt. The VOICE Refugee Forum und das Netzwerk der KARAWANE haben zu dieser zehntägigen Zusammenkunft von Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften zum Erfahrungsaustausch und zur Verteidigung unserer naturgegebenen Rechte eingeladen.

24.8. Ein Polizeihubschrauber kreist über dem Camp und fotografiert aus der offenen Seitentür heraus
28.8. Zwei Flüchtlingsaktivisten werden im Zug Mühlhausen-Erfurt die Papiere von der Bundespolizei abgenommen. Nach dem Aussteigen werden die beiden weiter festgehalten, ihre Daten werden umfassend abgefragt und notiert und ihnen wird mit Konsequenzen im Fall einer Residenzpflichtverletzung gedroht.
29.8. Mitarbeiter des Ordnungsamtes Erfurt und zivile Beamte dringen auf das Camp-Gelände ein und wollen eine umfängliche Platzbegehung erzwingen. Ausdrückliche Hinweise auf die Platzautonomie werden ignoriert.
30.8. Ein Flüchtlingsaktivist aus Niedersachsen wird im Hauptbahnhof von der Bundespolizei aufgehalten. Sie kontrollieren seine Papiere und vermerken den unerlaubten Aufenthalt in Erfurt.
31.8. Ein Flüchtlingsaktivist aus Thüringen wird direkt vor dem Camp von einer Polizeistreife aufgehalten. Nachdem die BeamtInnen keinen Gesetzesverstoß feststellen können, drohen sie ihm: „Wir bleiben bis zum Ende des Camps hier – wenn du nicht morgen abreist, dann verhaften wir dich!“ Die vermutlich gleiche Polizeistreife dringt auf den Zufahrtsweg des Camp-Geländes vor und versucht die solidarische Nachtwache einzuschüchtern. Abends kontrollieren einige Karawane-Aktivisten die Polizei im Hauptbahnhof. Während sich die Uniformierten zurückziehen, fängt ein lokaler Nazi an, einen der Aktivisten rassistisch zu beleidigen, zu bedrängen und den Hitlergruß zu zeigen.
Seit Wochen patrouillieren Tag und Nacht Streifenwagen, die letzten Tage Mannschaftswagen am Camp. Der Erfurter Hauptbahnhof erweist sich einmal mehr als „No-Go-Area“ für alle Menschen, die nicht in das rassistische Muster von weiß und blond passen – hier arbeiten Bundespolizei und pöbelnde Nazis Hand in Hand.
Drohungen gegen FlüchtlingsaktivistInnen im Lager Breitenworbis
Gleichzeitig verstärken sich aktuell die Drohungen gegen aktive Flüchtlinge im Isolationslager Breitenworbis. Nachdem die dortigen Freunde
und Freundinnen letzte Woche einem MDR-Journalisten gegenüber scharfe Kritik an der Lagerunterbringung und dem Terror durch die Ausländerbehörde Heiligenstadt geübt hatten, wurde einzelnen von ihnen direkt mit Abschiebung gedroht und zwei Flüchtlinge zur Behörde vorgeladen. Als sich diese Woche weitere Presse und eine Delegation vom Break Isolation Camp ankündigten, zwang die Lagerleitung die Flüchtlinge, das Lager aufzuräumen und zu putzen. Wer sich weigerte, dem/der wurde wieder mit Abschiebung gedroht. Als am Donnerstag das Sozialamt das Lager besuchte, war ununterbrochen die Polizei im Lager präsent.
Reclaim Erfurt
Nicht nur durch die offensichtlich nervösen Reaktionen der
Repressionsbehörden auf das Camp und auf die zunehmende Organisierung der
Thüringer Flüchtlinge im überregionalen KARAWANE-Netzwerk zeigt sich, wie
wichtig und richtig das Camp hier ist. Vor allem der auf dem Camp gelebten
und gestärkten Vernetzung der verschiedenen Städte und Regionen sowie die
Verknüpfung mit solidarischen Menschen und Gruppen aus Thüringen –
insbesondere aus Erfurt – die das Camp wesentlich vorantrieb. Die brutale
Räumung des Topf-Squats bleibt unvergessen, war aber nur ein Höhepunkt in
der immer weiter fortschreitenden Praxis von Kontrolle, Verdrängung und
Gewalt gegen Menschen in Erfurt, die entweder ein Leben nach dem
vorherrschendem Muster von Konkurrenzkampf und Anpassung verweigern oder
anhand von Äußerlichkeiten oder Herkunft nicht dem Bild einer mehrheitlich
rassistischen Gesellschaft entsprechen. Bereits die erfolgreiche
Gemeinschaftsaktion anlässlich der Inhaftierung von und Abschiebeandrohung
gegen Habibi am 8.Juli war ein starkes Zeichen der Solidarität und des
entschlossenen Handelns gegen staatliche Gewalt und rassistisch motivierte
Kontrollen.
Jene, die sich hier im Namen staatlicher Kontrollfunktion gerne
zivilisiert und demokratisch aufspielen, wenden reichlich viel Energie und
Steuergelder auf, um Menschen mit einem freundlichen Lächeln im Gesicht
möglichst in den Staub zu treten. Es reicht. Unsere Vision von einer
gerechten und freien Gesellschaft, unsere Solidarität und unsere Praxis
ehrlicher, nicht-korrumpierbarer Beziehungen wird die rassistische Fratze,
die sich hinter dieser Maske verbirgt, zum Vorschein bringen. Sie werden
unseren solidarischen Widerstand gegen die hierzulande staatlich
organisierte Ungleichbehandlung von Menschen nicht brechen können – wir
werden mit geeigneten Aktionen Öffentlichkeit zu diesen Praktiken der
Behinderung der politischen Meinungsbildung von Flüchtenden und
MigrantInnen herstellen und Kontrolle über diejenigen ausüben, die glauben
uns widerstandslos kontrollieren zu können!
