February 5th at Potsdam Tribunal, Bisso G. asylbewerber from Camerun, since 11 years in Germany waiting for his asylum right to be recognized, undergo a trial for having broken in 2009 the Residenzpflicht. “I cannot find it normal”, Bisso G. decided to go until the higher instances of the trial to get to point out what everybody knows: the Residenzpflicht is not a law.
