AktivistInnen von The VOICE Refugee Forum (Network) schließen sich am 11.Oktober in Landhut an
Am 8. Oktober hat in München der Protestmarsch der Gruppe „Refugee Struggle for Freedom“ begonnen, der am 21. Oktober in Nürnberg enden wird.
Ziel des Protestmarsches ist es, gegen die Verzögerungen und die Verweigerung des Schutzes durch das Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge in Nürnberg zu mobilisieren und zu organisieren.
The VOICE Refugee Forum, das jüngst gegründete VOICE Refugee Forum Bayern und die Gemeinschaft politischer FlüchtlingsaktivistInnen in Bayern unterstützen den Protestmarsch solidarisch. Wir werden dem Marsch unsere volle Unterstützung zukommen lassen. Wir Flüchtlinge hier kämpfen für unsere Rechte, bestärken uns gegenseitig und gemeinsam werden wir unsere Würde verteidigen. Auch wir sind Menschen und verdienen Respekt und Würde wie jeder andere Mensch auch. Indem wir zusammenkommen, fahren wir damit fort, voneinander zu lernen und durch kontinuierliche Selbstermächtigung unsere Stärke zu entwickeln, um die unterschiedlichen Gesichter der Ungerechtigkeit in Europa zu überwinden.
Unser Ziel ist es, uns in Selbstorganisationen von Flüchtlingen und ihrer Gemeinschaften gegen die Apartheid in den Lagern und Isolationslagern zu organisieren, die zu Suizid und Traumata führt, und die politischen Netzwerke und Kämpfe in den Lagern zu stärken. Wir verlangen Solidarität im Protest gegen die kollektive Bestrafung durch die rassistische Verfolgung von Flüchtlingen in Deutschland. Wir verlangen die Abschaffung der Residenzpflicht und der Segregation von Flüchtlingen in Lager und Abschiebegefängnisse. Wir stehen für Bewegungsfreiheit für alle, Abschiebestopp und das Ende aller diskriminierenden Gesetze gegenüber Flüchtlingen. Wir sind vereint gegen jede Form von kolonialem Unrecht und sozialer Ausgrenzung von Flüchtlingen und Menschen ohne Rechte in Deutschland.
Wir sind in Solidarität mit dem „Refugee struggle for freedom“, denn ihre Forderungen sind auch unsere und der der Flüchtlingsprotest ist unser Kampf und der aller Flüchtlinge.
15 Flüchtlinge, die sich in The VOICE Refugee Forum Bayern organisiert haben, aus Dingolfing, Passau, Moosburg, Gottfriedingerschwaige, Loiching und Landau sind von Beginn an am Protestmarsch beteiligt. FlüchtlingsaktivistInnen von The VOICE Refugee Forum und von der Politschen Gemeinschaft der Flüchtlinge aus Thüringen, Kiel, Baden-Württemberg, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin sowie Flüchtlinge aus anderen bayerischen Städten werden sich dem Protest in Landshut, Regensburg und Nürnberg anschließen.
Heute, 11.00 Uhr Oktober 2016 findet in Landshut eine Demonstration zum Flüchtlingslager in der Niedermayerstraße statt.
Beginn: 17:30 Uhr, Martinskirche (Stadtzentrum)
Wir rufen alle AktivistInnen dazu auf, sich auf die Förderung der Vernetzung und Einheit zwischen den Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften zu konzentrieren und dafür zu mobilisieren, dass unsere eigenen Stimmen gebührend vertreten werden!
Wir verlangen bedingungsloses Residenzrecht! Stopp aller Abschiebungen! Für Bewegungsfreiheit!

Press Statement of The VOICE Refugee Forum:
In solidarity with the 14 days of protest march from Munich to Nuremberg 2016: Refugees from The VOICE Refugee Forum (network) join in Landshut on 11th October 2016
On 8th October 2016 the protest march of the group “Refugee Struggle for Freedom” has started in Munich and will end on 21st October in Nuremberg
This protest march is aimed to mobilize and organize against the delay and refusal of Refugee Application for protection by the Federal office for Migration – (Bundesamt für Migration) and Refugee Asylum in Nueremberg.
The VOICE refugee Forum Germany, together with the recently founded VOICE Refugee Forum Bavaria and the „Community of Refugee political activists in Bavaria“ stand in solidarity with the “Refugees struggle for freedom group” and we will give
full support to the protest march. We refugees here fight for our rights, strengthen each other and together we will defend our dignity. We are also human beings and deserve respect and dignity like any human being. By coming together, we will continue to learn from each other, develop our strength by continued self-empowerment to overcome the different faces of injustice in Europe.
Our goal is to organize with self-organisation of refugees and their Communities against the Apartheid in isolation camps and Lagers that leads to suicide and trauma and to empower the political Networks and struggles in the camps. We demand solidarity in the protest against the collective punishments through the racist persecution of refugees in Germany. We demand the abolition of the residence obligation (Residenzpflicht) and of the segregation of refugees in lagers, camps and deportation prisons. We stand for freedom of movement for all, deportation stop and for the end of all discriminatory laws against refugees. We are united against any form of colonial injustice and social exclusion of refugees and people without rights in Germany.
We are in solidarity with the “Refugees struggle for freedom” because their demands are also our demands and the refugee protest is our and all refugees’ struggle.
15 refugees, who have organised in The VOICE Refugee Forum Bayern, from Dingolfing, Passau, Moosburg, Gottfriedingerschwaig, Loiching and Landau have joined the march from the beginning. Refugee activists from The VOICE Refugee Forum and the „Refugee political Community“ coming from Thüringen, Kiel, Baden-Württemberg, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin will be joining the protest in Landshut, Regensburg and Nürnberg. Also refugees from other cities in Bavaria will meet with the refugee activists in the different cities.
On 11th October 2016, a demonstration will take place in Landshut with the destination to the refugee-lager in Niedermayerstraße

We call on all activists to focus on promoting networking and unity within Refugees Communities and mobilise to duly represent our own VOICES.
We demand unconditional residence! Stop all deportation! For freedom of Movement!!!

Déclaration de The VOICE Refugee Forum en Bavière:
En solidarité avec la marche de protestation de “Refugee Struggle for Freedom” de Munich à Nuremberg 2016,
Nous exigeons le droit de séjour sans condition – L’arrêt des expulsions – Pour la liberté de circulation!!!
La marche commence le 8 octobre à Munich pour finir le 21 octobre à Nuremberg
La marche de protestation vise à mobiliser et à s’organiser contre le retard et le refus du bureau fédéral de l’immigration – (Bundesamt für Migration) à l’application de protection et au droit d’asile des réfugiés, à Nuremberg.
“Le groupe de Refugees struggle for freedom ( le groupe “la lutte des réfugiés pour la liberté”) – Nous allons continuer à lutter jusqu’à ce que nous atteignons notre objectif.”

De « The VOICE Refugee Forum » en Bavière, nous soutenons pleinement la prochaine marche de protestation de Munich à Nuremberg. Ici, nous les réfugiés, nous nous battons pour nos droits, nous soutenons mutuellement et, ensemble, nous allons défendre notre dignité. Nous sommes des êtres humains, aussi nous méritons le respect et la dignité comme tout autre être humain. En nous rassemblant, nous allons continuer à apprendre les uns des autres, développer notre force et pouvoir agir soi-même pour surmonter les multiples facettes de l’injustice en Europe.
La plupart d’entre nous sont des victimes de la guerre, de violence et d’exploitation avide. Certains d’entre nous ont perdu leurs familles et beaucoup d’entre nous sont séparés de leurs enfants, épouses et maris, tandis qu’un nombre infini sont morts sur le chemin de l’Europe et sous le regard de FRONTEX. En conséquence, beaucoup d’entre nous sont toujours encore traumatisés jusqu’à nos jours.
Pourtant, au lieu de donner le soutien thérapeutique et les autres soutiens nécessaires, nous sommes victimes de discrimination, soumis à de diverses formes de torture psychologique et physique, et nous devons accepter, en reconnaissance, l’étiquette de sous-hommes – “Untermensch” au nom des réfugiés. Peut-être parce qu’ici, nous n’avons plus reçu une pluie de bombes. Nous sommes ici parce que les dirigeants occidentaux et leurs pays ont détruit nos pays. Ils ont fait de nos pays leurs colonies, supprimé notre liberté et volé nos ressources. Nous sommes ici à cause des guerres dans nos pays et nos vies et nos maisons ont été démolies. Nous sommes ici parce que nos systèmes politiques et économiques sont corrompus et soutenu par l’Occident.
Notre objectif est de s’organiser avec l’auto-organisation des réfugiés et leurs communautés contre l’apartheid dans les camps et les Lagers et d’habiliter les réseaux politiques et les luttes dans les camps. L’autodétermination des réfugiés pour l’auto-libération du racisme institutionnel et de la discrimination est clairement définie; Nous allons nous unir pour former un bloc contre les actes suicidaires et les traumatismes dans les Lagers d’isolement. Nous exigeons la solidarité pour protester contre les punitions collectives à travers la persécution raciste des réfugiés en Allemagne. Nous exigeons l’abolition de l’obligation du lieu de résidence (Residenzpflicht) et la fin de la ségrégation des réfugiés dans les Lagers, les camps et les prisons d’expulsion. Nous sommes pour la liberté de circulation pour tous, l’arrêt des expulsions et de toutes les lois discriminatoires à l’égard des réfugiés. Nous sommes unis contre toute forme d’injustice coloniale et d’exclusion sociale des réfugiés et des personnes sans droits en Allemagne.
Nous solidarisons avec “Refugees struggle for freedom” (https://www.facebook.com/refugeestruggle/ et http://refugeestruggle.org parce que leurs exigences sont aussi les nôtres. Nous appelons tous les militants de se concentrer sur la promotion de la mise en réseau et sur l’unité au sein des communautés des réfugiés et de se mobiliser pour représenter dûment nos propres VOICES (VOIX).
