Am 12. November 2014 findet im Amstgericht Tempelhof-Kreuzberg um 10 Uhr die
Gerichtsverhandlung über die geplante Räumung der Gerhart-Hauptmann-Schule.
Bewohner der Schule in der Ohlauerstraße haben erfolgreich im Eilverfahren gegen die
geplante Räumung geklagt. Nun steht die Entscheidung im Hauptverfahren an.
Im Juli 2014 wurde ein Abkommen mit dem Bezirk geschlossen, welches das Wohnrecht der Menschen
in der Schule sicherstellt. Es beinhaltet den Aufbau eines selbstverwalteten ‘International Refugee Center’ von
den jetzigen BewohnerInnen. Dieses Abkommen ist rechtskräftig. Wortbrüche von den Berliner Regierungen
können daran nichts ändern. Auch das ‘Einigungspapier Oranienplatz’ vom März 2014 hat rechtliche Wirkung,
wie das Berliner Verwaltungsgericht in der vergangenen Woche nach der Klage eines Geflüchteten bestätigt hat.
Weit über zwei Jahre Bewegung und Protest von Geflüchteten in Berlin, sollten den Regierungen klar gemacht haben,
dass sie uns nicht einfach anlügen können ohne mit Konsequenzen zu rechnen.
Wir versammeln uns am 12. November 2014 vor dem Amtsgericht Tempelhof-Kreuzberg.
9.30 in der Möckernstraße 130 (zwischen U Möckernbrücke und S Anhalter Bahnhof).
Kommt vorbei um ein starkes politisches Zeichen zu setzen bevor der Prozess beginnt.
Es ist nicht unser Ziel im Gerichtssaal lautstark unsere Meinung zu sagen, sondern davor!
Alle Abschiebungen stoppen! Bleiberecht statt Ausgrenzung!
Bewegungsfreiheit für alle Menschen! Finger weg von selbstverwalteten Orten der Refugee-Bewegung –
Oranienplatz und die Refugee Schule (ehemalige Gerhart Hauptmann Schule) in der Ohlauerstraße bleiben!

On November 12th 2014 the main trial about the planned eviction of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-School will take place at Amstgericht Tempelhof-Kreuzberg at 10 o’clock. Residents of the school in Ohlauerstraße have successfully claimed against the planned eviction in an urgent-procedure. Now the decision will be taken in the main trial.
In July 2014 a contract was agreed on with the district which guarantees the residents of the school the right to live there. It includes the buildup of a self-administered ‘International Refugee Centre’ by the curent residents. This agreement is legally binding. Breaking of the promises by the gouvernments cannot change this fact. Also the ‘Agreement Oranienplatz’ from March 2014 is legally valid, as has been confirmed by the administrative court Berlin last week after a legal complaint by a refugee.
Far more than twp years of the movement and protest of refugees in Berlin ahould have made it clear to the gouvernment that they cannot simply lie to us, without any consequences following.
