Liebe Aktivist_innen, Freund_innen, Gruppen und Menschen,
der Bundestag will das Aufenthaltsgesetz noch vor der Sommerpause
verschärfen.
Die Inhalte der Gesetzesverschärfung sind:
– noch mehr der Willkür der Ausländerbehörden
– Ausweitung der Haftgründe und Abschiebehaft bis zu 18 Monate
– Aufenthalts- und Wiedereinreisesperren
– Verunmöglichung von Abschiebeschutz und Schutz vor Verfolgung durch
den Zwang, die Identität preiszugeben
Von Abschiebehaft und “Ausreisegewahrsam”, effizienteren Abschiebungen
und verhängnisvollen Aufenthaltsverboten und Wiedereinreisesperren sind
insbesondere betroffen: Menschen im Dublinverfahren, langjährig
Geduldete, die ihre Identität nicht preisgegeben haben, sich bisher
einer Abschiebung wiedersetzt haben oder auf ihrem Weg Schleuser_innen
in Anspruch nehmen mussten, und alle Neuankommenden, bei denen dies der
Fall ist.
Das Gesetz drängt Menschen in die Illegalität. Illegalisierung nutzt den
Herrschenden, schafft durch Grenzziehungen eine grenzenlos ausbeutbare
unsichtbare Masse an Arbeiter_innen. Illegalisierung kann tödlich sein.
Im Gesetzgebungsdiskurs werden die Perspektiven der Betroffenen, der
Migrierenden, all derer, die auf der Flucht ihr Leben riskieren und hier
noch immer nicht ankommen dürfen, konsequent ausgeblendet und Flüchtende
stattdessen zur Projektionsfläche für soziale und wirtschaftliche
Ungerechtigkeiten und Probleme gemacht.
Das können wir nicht zulassen! We are here and we will fight! Freedom of
movement is everybody’s right! We are together! Wir fordern Bleiberecht
für alle! Menschenleben vor Grenzdiskurse.
Kommt und lasst uns gemeinsam unsere Wut, unsere Empörung und Kritik auf
die Straße tragen, noch vor dem ersten möglichen Abstimmungstermin am
19.06.
Ihr seid herzlich eingeladen, am kommenden Mittwoch um 19.30 Uhr in den
Projektraum in der Hermannstr.48, 2. Hinterhof, 1.Stock, zum Plenum zu
kommen, um die Demonstration gemeinsam inhaltlich auszugestalten.
Wenn ihr einen Redebeitrag halten wollt, meldet euch bitte bis zum
9.6.2015 abends per E-mail bei uns und teilt uns den inhaltlichen
Schwerpunkt mit bzw. schickt uns den Redebeitrag, da wir die
Redebeiträge aufeinander abstimmen wollen und passenden Orten zuordnen
wollen.
Ziel der Demonstration ist das Außenministerium. Wir würden uns freuen,
wenn sich aus der Demo und den (zugegebenermassen) kurzfristigen
Vorbereitungen weitere Aktionen, Mahnwachen, Demos, Sit-Ins whatsoever
ergeben würden. Denn dieses Gesetz können wir nicht akzeptieren!
Kein Mensch ist illegal!

Le Parlement veut faire passer les amendements de la loi sur le droit de
séjour avant la pause d’été.
Le contenu de ces amendements est:
– encore plus de décisions arbitraires de la part des Ausländerbehörde
– extension des motifs d’emprisonnement et du temps de mise en rétention
jusqu’à 18 mois
– interdiction de séjour et de retourner sur le territoire allemand
– obligation de révéler son identité menant à une impossibilité de se
protéger contre l’expulsion et les persécutions
Ces mesures d’incarcération dans les centres de rétention, ces si
nommées “incarcérations préventives”, ces expulsions plus efficaces, ces
interdictions de séjour fatales et ces interdictions de retourner sur le
territoire allemand concernent en particulier les personnes suivantes:
les personnes dans une procédure Dublin, les personnes en situation
incertaines (sous le régime de la Duldung) depuis plusieurs années ayant
refusé de révéler leur identité, qui se sont opposées à leur expulsion,
ou ont dû recourir à un passeur, tout comme les nouveaux
arrivants/nouvelles arrivantes également dans ce cas.
Cette loi pousse les gens à l’illégalité. Ces personnes forcées à la
clandestinité sont utilisées par les dirigeant(e)s et, à cause de ces
frontières, sont transformées en une masse invisible de
travailleurs/travailleuses exploitées sans limites. La clandestinité
peut être mortelle.
Les perspectives des personnes concernées, des migrant(e)s, de tous ceux
et celles qui ont risqué leur vie en fuyant leur pays et se voient
refusé le droit de venir ici, sont systématiquement écartées des
discussions autour de ces nouvelles lois. Au lieu de cela, les
migrant(e)s servent de bouc émissaire aux injustices et problèmes
sociaux et économiques.
Nous ne pouvons accepter cela! We are here and we will fight! Freedom of
movement is everybody’s right! We are together! Nous exigeons le droit
de séjour pour toutes et tous! La vie humaine passe avant les
discussions autour des frontières.
Joignez-vous à nous et ensemble exprimons dans la rue notre colère,
notre indignation et nos critiques avant la prochaine date potentielle
où la loi sera votée: le 19 Juin.
Vous êtes cordialement invité(e)s à participer à notre réunion mercredi
prochain à 19h30, au Projektraum à Hermannstr. 48, 2e cour intérieure,
1er étage, pour décider ensemble du déroulement de la manifestation.
Si vous souhaitez faire un discours, prière de nous contacter par e-mail
avant le 09/06/2015 soir et de nous transmettre le sujet principal de
votre discours ou, le cas échéant, le discours intégral, ceci nous
permettra d’organiser les discours les uns par rapport aux autres et de
les lier aux lieux où nous passerons.
La cible de la manifestation est le ministère de l’intérieur. Nous
serions ravi(e)s si, partant de la manifestation et des préparatifs
(nous en convenons) tardifs, d’autres actions, manifestations, sit-ins
et autres s’organisaient par la suite. Car nous ne pouvons accepter une
telle loi!

—- Demonstration against the worsening of right of residence —-
Right to stay for everyone!

Dear activists, friends, groups and people from everywhere,
Before the summer break the Parliament will vote on a law which would
lead to the worsening of the right of residence.
The content of this law is:
– even more arbitrariness in the decision of the Ausländerbehörde
– extension of the criteria to put refugees in jail and prolongation of
the incarceration till 18 months
– interdiction of residence and of re-entrance in Germany
– obligation to declare ones identity which leads to the impossibility
of protecting oneself against expulsion or the persecutions faced in the
own country
These incarcerations in deportation jails, the so called “preventives
incarcerations”, the easier expulsions, disastrous interdictions to stay
or to come back to Germany will affect especially people: who are facing
a Dublin procedure, who have since longer time an uncertain status
(Duldung) and refused to reveal their identity, prevented their
expulsion or had to use a smuggler, as well as the new comers in the
same situation.
This law forces people to illegality. Illegality is used by the rulers
and creates through borders a mass of workers who are exploited without
any limit. Illegality can be deathly.
The voices of the people affected, of the migrants, of those who risked
their life on the way to Europe and are now refused to come or stay in
Germany are systematically cut out of the discussions about this law.
Instead of it, migrants and refugees are often used as a crystallizer in
the discussions around social and economic injustices and problems.
We won’t let it be! We are here and we will fight! Freedom of movement
is everybody’s right! We are together! We claim the right to stay for
everyone! Human lives are more important than their discussions about
borders.
Join us and let’s come together on the street and express our rage, our
indignation and our critics before the next potential meeting of the
Parliament about the law, which would be June 19th.
We would be happy to see you at our next meeting this Wednesday at 7:30
PM to decide together on the content of the demonstration. Meeting will
take place at the Projektraum in Hermannstr. 48, 2nd backyard, 1st
floor.
If you want to participate with a speech, let us know per e-mail before
Tuesday evening what would be the main topic of the speech, or send us
directly the text, so we can coordinate the different participations
depending on their focus and the place we will pass by.
Our target will be the ministry of interior. We would be really thankful
if the demonstration and its (sorry for that) really last time
preparations would serve to start further actions, demonstrations,
sit-ins and so on. Because we won’t let this law coming through!
No one is illegal!
