Today political activist, writer and journalist Turgay Ulu who fled Turkey 2011 was in front of the court in his ask for political asylum in Germany. Until now and despite the decision of the European Court of Human Rights ECHR and Amnesty International (AI) reports who brought the evidence that Turgay Ulu is innocent, the German juidiciary ignored these legal decisions completely and followed the decision of a very suppressive and fascist regime of Turkey’s 90’s and declared him as well as a terrorist and not politically persecuated person. This is a big scandal. Turgay has to wait now another four weeks for the decision of the court. Turkey is the worlds leading jailer of journalists.
