Mobilisierung in Flüchtlingsunterkünften

Dies ist ein Aufruf an alle Menschen, die die unmenschlichen Lebensbedingungen, verursacht durch die deutsche Asylgesetzgebung, nicht länger akzeptieren und nicht weiter tatenlos mitansehen wollen, wie sie täglich Menschen ermorden. An jene, die um die Wichtigkeit selbstorganisierten Protestes gegen Isolation, Einschüchterung und Abschiebung für die davon Betroffenen wissen. Für all diejenigen, die am Ende nicht sagen werden: „Wir haben davon nichts gewusst.“ Warum gerade jetzt? Am 19. März 2012 begannen Geflüchtete in Würzburg eine neue Ära des Protestes gegen die für sie geltenden unmenschlichen Lebensbedingungen und das miserable Asylrecht in Deutschland. Nach dem Suizid eines Geflüchteten aufgrund dieser Umstände, verließen nach und nach in immer mehr Städten geflüchtete Menschen die Lager, denen sie zugeteilt waren, um in den Stadtzentren Protestzelte aufzubauen, von welchen aus sie mit ihren
Forderungen in die Öffentlichkeit traten.

Ihre Hauptforderungen lauten:

  •  Abschaffung aller Flüchtlingslager in Deutschland!
  • Abschaffung der Abschiebegesetze!
  • Abschiebung ist unmenschlich, tötet und dient nur den politischen und ökonomischen Interessen der Mächtigen
  • Abschaffung der Residenzpflicht!

Der Protest verbreitete sich rasch; insgesamt gab es Protestcamps in 9 Städten, in vier Bundesländern. Seit dem 8. September nun, ziehen die Streikenden in zwei Routen von Würzburg nach Berlin, um den Protest dort, am zentralen Ort politischer Verantwortlichkeit für diese rassistischen und verbrecherischen Gesetzgebungen, gemeinsam fortzuführen. Gleichzeitig besuchen sie auf ihrem Weg so viele Flüchtlingslager wie möglich, um mit den Menschen über ihre Ohnmachts- und Isolationserfahrungen in Deutschland zu sprechen und sie zu ermutigen, den langen Weg mit ihnen zu gehen.

Aus einer Erklärung der streikenden Geflüchteten:
„Wir mobilisieren bundesweit um Isolation zu brechen, gegen Abschiebungen und Lager, für die Schließung aller Heime und für die Befreiung von der Knechtschaft der Residenzpflicht in ganz Deutschland. (…) JETZT ist die Zeit aufzustehen, weil wir nicht länger passiv Zeugen des Todes eines von uns sein möchten, denn die unmenschliche Behandlung der Asylbewerber in Deutschland kann jeden von uns in den Tod treiben. (…) Wir verlassen die festgesetzten Grenzen und die für uns gebauten Käfige, da wir glauben, dass das Konzept, in Asylbewerberheimen zu leben, ungerecht ist. Wir überschreiten diese Grenzen, da wir glauben, dass diese Freiheit das kleinste Recht jedes Menschen ist, und wir werden uns gegen das Abschiebegesetz der Regierung widersetzen, denn diese Gesetze sind nur dazu da, der Regierung finanziell und politisch zu dienen. Es ist das Recht eines jeden Menschen, zu wählen, wo er lebt. Wir, stärker denn je und Schulter an Schulter, tun alles in unserer Macht stehende, um diesen Traum zu erreichen, und werden mit der Unterstützung anderer Asylsuchender in Berlin die Erfüllung unserer Rechte miterleben.“

Was du nun konkret tun kannst, um diesen Kampf der Geflüchteten zu unterstützen:

Am 6. Oktober werden sich alle Geflüchteten, die für die Abschaffung dieser menschenverachtenden Gesetze auf der Straße eintreten wollen, in Berlin versammeln. Da dies ein offener und von Flüchtlingen selbstorganisierter Protest ist, soll in Berlin gemeinsam entschieden werden, wie der weitere Kampf aussehen soll, bis alle Forderungen erreicht sind. Hierfür ist es zu allererst wichtig, dass möglichst viele Geflüchtete von diesem Protest erfahren! Die meisten Flüchtlingsunterkünfte sind isoliert und mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln schwer zu erreichen. Um diese Isolation zu brechen und den Protest zu unterstützen, brauchen die Protestierenden die Unterstützung all derjenigen, die sich verantwortlich fühlen und diese systematische Gewalt gegen Menschen nicht weiter stillschweigend akzeptieren möchten!

Handeln kannst du, indem du zur nächsten Flüchtlingsunterkunft in deiner Nähe gehst und die Aufrufe für Geflüchtete verteilst

Wenn du Menschen kennst, die von den diskrimierenden Sondergesetzen betroffen sind, gib ihnen ebenfalls Flyer und erzähle ihnen von den Protesten in Berlin. Die Proteste in Berlin brauchen die Unterstützung möglichst vieler Aktivist_innen. Mobilisiert also alle ab dem 06.10.2012 nach Berlin zu kommen. Wenn du mit oder für geflüchtete Menschen arbeitest, informiere sie! Sprich mit den Leuten über den Protest, wenn sie wollen und überlegt gemeinsam, wie sie nach Berlin kommen können. Gib ihnen die Nummern der Bushandys. Unter diesen Nummern kann bei Fragen angerufen werden (farsi, englisch, französisch, arabisch, deutsch sind kein Problem). Für rechtliche Unterstützung, z.B. bei Kontrollen bezüglich Residenzpflicht-Verletzungen ist gesorgt, sowohl für anwaltliche, als auch für finanzielle, denn dieses Gesetz übertreten die Streikenden ganz bewusst, weil sie diese Einschränkung ihrer Freiheit nicht akzeptieren.

Ceci est un appel pour tous_toutes ceux_celles qui ne vont pas continuer à accepter les conditions de vie inhumaines des refugiés, qui sont forcé sur eux_elles par une législation d‘asyle, et qui ne vont pas rester à l‘écart pendant que ces lois assassinent des gens chaque jour. Un appel pour tous_toutes ceux_celles qui connaissent l‘importance d‘un protest auto-organisé contre l´isolation, l´intimidation, et la deportation pour ceux_celles concerné_es. Pour tous_toutes ceux_celles qui ne vont pas dire après: „Nous, on n´en savait rien.“

Pourquoi maintenant?

Au 19 mars des refugiés à Würzburg commencaient une nouvelle éra de protest contres les lois inhumaines qui ménacent leurs vies. Après le suicide d´un refugiés, des refugiés commencaient de quitter les Lagers où ils_elles sont forcé_es à vivre pour établir des actiontents (tents d´actions) dans des villes différentes et pour mettre le protest dans les rues et dans la publique.

Leurs demandes principales sont:

  •  Abolir les camps des refugiés en allemagne!
  • Abolir les lois de déportation!
  • La déportation est inhumaine et mortelle et ne serve que les intérêts économiques de ceux_celles en pouvoir.
  • Abolir la „Residenzpflicht“!

Le protest a grandi vitement, à l´ensemble il y avait 9 camps de protests (protestcamps) dans 4 états („Bundesländer“ en allemagne). Depuis le 8 septembre des manifestant_es commencaient en deux routes de Würzburg à Berlin pour ramener le protest au point central de la responsabilité politique pour ces lois racists et criminel et pour lutter ensemble. Au même temps ils_elles visitent autant des Flüchtlingslager que possible, pour parler aux gens sur l´impuissance et l´isolation experiencée en Allemagne et pour donner de la pouvoir à nous-même pour faire cette longue marche ensemble. De la déclaration des refugiés en grève: „Nous mobilisons partout en Allemagne pour rompre l´isolation, contre la déportation et les Lagers, pour la clouture des Heime et pour la libération des chaines de la Residenzpflicht en Allemagne. (…) Mainenant c´est le temps de se lèver, nous allons plus rester des témoin_es de la mort d´un_e parmis nous, parce que le traitement inhumaine des demandeurs d´asyle en Allemagne pourrait chasser nous tous_toutes à la mort. (…) Nous quittons les frontières fixées et les cages construits pour nous, parce qu´on croit que le concept de la vie dans les Heims pour les demandeurs d´asyle n´est pas fair. Nous avons passé ces frontières, parce qu´on croit que cette liberté est un droit minimal de tout être humaine. Et nous allons resister contre la loi de déportation fait par le gouvernement, parce que ces lois ne servent que l´intérêt économiques et politique du gouvernement. C´est le droit de chaque être humain_e de décider où elle_il veut habiter. Épaule à Èpaule et plus fort que jamais nous allons faire tout qui est possible pour nous pour réaliser cette rève et avec le soutien d´autres demandeurs d´asyle on va être témoin_e de la mise en oeuvre de nous droits.“ Ce qui reste à faire pour toi, pour soutenir cette lutte des réfugiés:

Le 6 octobre tous_toutes les réfugiés qui veulent lutter dans la rue pour l´abolishment de ces lois inhumaines vont se rassembler à Berlin. A Berlin il y aura une décision commune sur comment la lutte va continuer jusqu´à tous les demandes sont réalisé, parce que c´est un protest ouvert et auto-organisé par des réfugiés. Parce qu´au début c´est important que autant des réfugiés que possible savent sur le protest! La plupart des refugiés habitent à l´isolement et sont difficile d´atteindre en transport publique. Pour rompre l´isolation et pour soutenir le protest, les refugiés luttant_es ont besoin du soutien de tout_toutes ceux_celles qui se sentent responsables et qui ne veulent pas accepter la violence systématique contre des humaines plus longtemps! Alors ce que tu peux faire est d´aller dans le camps de réfugiés le plus proche d´où tu habites.

Là-bas tu peux distribuer l´appel pour les réfugiés.

Si tu connais / es une des personne affecté directement par des lois discriminatoires et speciales pour les „non-allemand_es“ donnes-leurs les affiches et informes-les sur les protests à Berlin. Ils_elles vont avoir besoin d´autant d´activist_es que possible. Alors mobilisez tous et toutes pour venir à Berlin des le 6 octobre. Si tu travailles avec ou pour des gens qui sont fuit d´un pays, informes-les! Parle avec des gens sur le protest s´ils_elles sont intéressées aussi et réflechissez ensemble sur comment venir à Berlin. Donne-leurs les numéros de téléphone du bus du protest s´il y a des questions (Farsi, anglais, arabe, allemand, espagnol et somali sont facilement possible pour communiquer mais on peut aussi trouver des solutions pour communiquer avec d´autres langues) Un soutien légal par example dans le cas des controls de police par rapport à la Residenzpflicht est Garantie – il y a des avocats aussi bien que du soutien financier. Les gens en grève peuvent consciemment rompre cette loi parce qu´ils_elles n´acceptent pas cette coupure de leur liberté.

This is a callout for all those who will no longer continue to accept the inhumane living-conditions of refugees, forced on them by the asylum-legislation and who will not stand aside while these laws are killing people every day. A call to those who know about the crucial role of self-organised protest against isolation, harassment and deportation. A call to those who wont say: „We did not know.“

Why now?

On 19th of march refugees in Würzburg started a new era of protest against the inhumane laws threatening their lifes. After a refugee killed himself, refugees started to leave the Lagers, they are forced to live in, in order to establish actiontents in many cities and take the protest to the streets and into the public.

Their general demands are:

  • Abolish all refugeecamps in germany!
  • Abolish the deportationlaws!
  • Deportation is inhumane and deadly and serves only the political and economical interests of those in power.
  • Abolish the „Residenzpflicht“!

The protest grew quickly; there where protestcamps in 9 cities in 4 states in total. Since the 8th of septembre protesters started on two routes from Würzburg to Berlin to bring the protest to the central point of political responsibility for these racist and criminal laws and fight together. At the same time they visit as many refugee camps as possible on their way, to speak with people about their experienced powerlessness and isolation in Germany and to empower them to go the long way together. From a declaration of the striking refugees: „We mobilize all over Germany to break the isolation, against deportation and Lagers, for the closure of all Heims and for the liberation from the bondage of Residenzpflicht in Germany. (…) Now it is time to stand up, we don’t want to witness the death of one of us any longer, because the inhuman treating of asylum seekers in Germany could drive anyone of us to death. (…) We quit the fixed borders and the cages built for us, because we believe that the concept of a life within Heims for asylum seekers is unfair. We exceed these borders, because we believe that this freedom is the least right of every human. And we will resist the deportation law of the government, because these laws only serve the financial and political interests of the government. It’s the right of each and every human to choose where he_she lives. Shoulder to shoulder and stronger than ever we’re doing everything in our power to reach this dream and with the support of other asylum seekers we will witness the fullfillment of our rights.“

What’s now for you to do, to support this struggle of refugees:

On 6th of october all refugees, who want to fight on the streets for the abolishment of these inhumane laws, will gather in Berlin. In Berlin there shall be made common decisions on how the struggle is going to be continued until all demands have been reached, because this is an open and self-organized protest of refugees. So what you can do is, to go to the next refugee camp that’s close to where you live. There you can just distribute the call for refugees.

If you know people discriminated by the special laws for „non-germans“,hand the flyers to them and tell them about the protests in Berlin. These will need the support of as many activists as possible. So mobilize all to come to Berlin from the 6th of october on. If you’re working with or for people, who have fled from their country, inform them! Speak with people about the protest, if they like and think together about how they can come to Berlin. Hand them the telephone numbers of the protest bus, the numbers can be called if there are any questions (Farsi, English, French, Arabic, Somali, Italian, Spanish, German are no problem, for other languages there can be found solutions to communicate). For that it’s important that at first as many refugees as possible get to know about the protest! Most refugee camps are isolated and hard to reach by public transport. To break that isolation and support the protests, the struggling refugees need the support of all those, who feel responsible and who don’t want to accept the systematical violence against humans any longer! Legal support for example needed in case of police controls regarding Residenzpflicht is guaranteed – there are lawyers as well as financial support. The striking people consciously break this law because they don’t acceppt this cut of their freedom.
