At the right time against the deep-rooted racism in state, politics and society Rassismus in Staat, Politik und Gesellschaft

Flüchtling Protestmarch 2016 Münich Nürnberg17th October 2016, Parsberg – Neumarkt

10th Day Protest March

We as a politically self-organized group of Non-Citizens left for Nuremberg on the 8th of October. This is the protest march of Non-Citizens in 2016. Our protest march is the struggle of the voiceless and excluded, who don’t want to continue living like this. We have left behind lots of countries and thousands of kilometers. Now we have to march here as well, so that we are accepted as human beings. We aren’t accepted here as humans yet, in the eyes of the German state we aren’t worthy of living here as humans. In Nuremberg we will protest in front of the federal office for migration and refugees / Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF), where our asylum applications will be decided. We will continue going from refugee-camp to refugee-camp and call people out to the revolt of the oppressed. This condition in Germany is unacceptable and can’t be improved. We must put an end to this condition and create something better.

Our ideas and suggestions are for all people, who want to fight for a better life without racism, sexism, oppression and exploitation. We can’t solve all of these problems, but we want to introduce certain ideas and suggestions with our actions. We as people that have direct experience with these various problems know, that we can only solve them together. So it is urgent that we build a common struggle together. We can only reach anything if we go on strategically. What do we mean by that? We are those that are excluded from education, from work, so finally from society. We can only fight for our participation in society. For example we have to win over the support of unions and workforce for our fight for working rights. We have to win over students and teachers for our right to education. We have intervened as an actively fighting subject and we continue to take part in alliances with political groups and organizations to protest against further restrictive legislation, like the so called Bavarian integration law or the new law-draft by the Minister of  Interior Thomas de Maiziére and against the existing asylum laws. So we don’t need a politics of isolation, but we demand a common struggle with all the oppressed and workers against the capitalist conditions. While Germany, as an imperialist power, is causing wars and crisis in other parts of the world by selling arms and supporting reactionary regimes, in Germany racists are taking to the streets trying to keep Germany a fortress of imperialist privileges. End German arms sells and German support of reactionary regimes.

Currently the government is trying to divide and discriminate the people even more. That only the AfD (right-wing party) represents racism in Germany is a lie. Racism is already at home in Germany. It´s deep-rooted in the state, in the government, in politics and society.

Appropriately Minister of Interior de  Maiziére is introducing another legislative draft for an new asylum law restriction. Humans should not to be informed of their upcoming deportations (anymore). Additionally more people are supposed to be taken into deportation centres. Furthermore all people are going to be forced to leave if they don’t show their passport or tell their nationality. Nearly all refugees don’t have their papers anymore when they arrive, this means that this racist government doesn’t want to accept any more refugees or wants to quickly deport them.

The Bavarian Integration Law also shows us how racism works in Parliament. There is talked about us without us, the Non-Citizens. Finally, universal rigth to vote has to be established so that all people who live in Germany can vote. Far from that we demand a labor law for all. The Non-Citizens are forced to work for less than one Euro and thus become wage drivers on the labor market. This divides the workforce, working people and society, which creates even more racism.

At the latest now it should be clear that our protest is taking place at the right time. The conditions for us are getting worse and worse, so we can’t continue to standby.

With our joint actions, we want to achieve the right to stay and equal rights for all people.

Was meinen Wir damit?

Kilometre by kilometre

[francais]

[english]

Just walking miles after miles on those roads, that are used by cars normally, gives us this special feeling of freedom without having even reached Nuremberg yet. We don’t have to forget that many of us who are on the protest march, have already walked thousands of miles, to escape repression, terrorism, discrimination etc. And this time we are back on the road for the recognition of our freedom and our basic human rights.

[deutsch]
