DUBLIN 2 and RESIDENZPFLICHT have the same ideology behind. The national state borders are there in Europe only for refugees as the administrative borders in Germany. Same racist assumption: some people should not be allowed to choose where to live. Sharing experience and producing documents is the first act of resistance. Short Video documents will be presented.
Is expected the presence of a lawyer to answer to specific legal aspects of the issue.
