Offenes Treffen des Bündnises für bedingungsloses Bleiberecht – Jede_r hat die Möglichkeit, etwas zu verändern!
Die bundesweite Aktionswoche vom 13.04. bis 18.04.2015 und die Konzertkundgebung am 18.04., hat der Asylrechtsverschärfung zu mehr Wahrnehmbarkeit verholfen, auch medial, aber wir wünschen uns mehr…und dafür brauchen wir eure Hilfe.
Der ursprüngliche Termin zur entscheidenden zweiten und dritten Lesung des Gesetzes im Parlament ist aufgrund von Uneinigkeit in der Regierungskoalition zwei mal verschoben worden. Potentielle neue Termine sind der 12. und der 19.06.
Während der vergangenen Aktionswoche haben bundesweit zahlreiche Aktionen stattgefunden, die meisten davon wurden wegen der Dringlichkeit unter hohem Zeitdruck organisiert. Unter diesen Umständen war die Aktionswoche ein Erfolg. Die Verschiebung der Abstimmung gibt uns nun
die Chance, noch einmal nachzulegen, aus Fehlern schlau zu werden, und besser zusammenzuarbeiten. Bisher ist es uns nicht gelungen, den vielen engagierten Menschen, die nicht in Organisationen sind und es nicht auf alle unsere Bündnistreffen schaffen, eine Möglichkeit zu bieten, gegen die Asylrechtsverschärfung vorzugehen. Das soll nicht so bleiben!
Wir laden euch deshalb alle herzlich zum offenen Treffen am 08.06. im Versammlungsraum des Mehringhofs (1. Etage links), Gneisenaustraße 2a ein. Dort werden wir unsere Ideen für Aktionen und Unterstützungsformen vorschlagen und die uns vorhandenen Informationen mit euch teilen, damit sie jede_r nutzen und umsetzen kann. Wir freuen uns außerdem auf eure Ideen und auf einen gemeinsamen konstruktiven Austausch über die nächsten entschiedenen Schritte.
Sagt Nein zu den unmenschlichen und rassistischen Plänen der Bundesregierung. Sagt Nein zum „Gesetzentwurf zur Neubestimmung des Bleiberechts und der Aufenthaltsbeendigung“.
Dieser Gesetzentwurf ist abzulehnen! Mit allen notwendigen Mitteln.

Réunionouverte du Collectif pour un droit de séjour inconditionnel – chacun_e peut contribuer au changement !
Lasemaine d’action nationale qui s’est déroulée du 13 au 18 avril 2015 et le rassemblement-concert du 18 avril ont permis de rendreplus visible la question du durcissement du droit d’asile,notamment dans les médias, mais le combat continue… et nous avonsbesoin de vous pour cela.
Ladate prévue à l’origine pour la seconde et la troisième lecturesde la loi a été repoussée à deux reprises en raison de désaccordsau sein de la coalition au pouvoir. Les nouvelles dates potentiellessont le 12 et le 19 juin.
Pendantla semaine d’action, de nombreux événements et manifestations onteu lieu à travers le pays et la plupart ont été organisés dansl’urgence en raison de la date butoir d’origine. Dans ces circonstances, la semaine d’action a été un succès. Le report duvote nous donne aujourd’hui la possibilité de retourner à latâche, d’apprendre de nos erreurs et de coopérer encore mieux.Nous ne sommes pas parvenus jusqu’à présent à offrir auxnombreuses personnes engagées qui ne sont pas membres d’uneorganisation ou qui ne peuvent pas participer à toutes nos réunions la possibilité de combattre le durcissement du droit d’asile. Celadoit changer !
C’estpourquoi nous vous invitons tous vivement à participer à la réunion ouverte, le lundi 8 juin dans la salle de réunion du Mehringhof (1er étage gauche), Gneisenaustraße 2a. Nous y discuterons desdifférentes actions, formes de soutien et informations que chacun_epeut utiliser et mettre en œuvre.
Ditesnon aux projets inhumains et racistes du gouvernement fédéral. Dites non au « Projet de loi pour la redéfinition du droit deséjour et la fin du séjour ».
Faisonsbarrage à ce projet de loi ! Par tous les moyens nécessaires.

Open meeting of the alliance for unconditional right to stay – Everyone has the possibility to change the conditions!
With the action week throughout Germany from 13th till 18th of April and the concert manifestation on the 18th, the planned tightening of the asylum law has become more visible to the public, as well as in the media, but we wish to reach more… and that’s why we need your help.
The initial dates of the second and third hearing on this law in the parliament have been postponed two times because of disagreements inside the governing coalition. Possible new dates will be the 12th and the 19th of June.
During the action week, numerous actions took place throughout Germany, most of them had been organized under high time pressure because of the urgency ofthis issue. Under these circumstances, you could say that the action week was a success. The postponement of the vote in the parliament now gives us the chance to do more, to learn from mistakes and to work together much better. Yet, we couldn’t make it, to open the possibility to all the engaged people who are not inside some
organisations and could not come to our alliance meetings, to get active against the tightening of the asylum law. This should not remain as it is!
Therefore, we warmly invite you all to the open meeting on the 8th of June in the assembly room in Mehringhof (1st floor, left side), Gneisenaustraße 2a. There, we will offer different ideas on actions, ways of support and further information, that everyone can use and put into practice.
Say No to the inhuman and racist plans of the government. Say No to the „Law draft on a new regulation of the right to stay and the ending of residence“.
This law draft is to be rejected! With all means neccessary.
